At Woven Labels, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all standard items. Please note that custom-designed labels are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing errors.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Package Securely

    Place the unused labels in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel to prevent processing delays.

  • 3.
    Ship to Our Studio

    Send your package via a tracked postal service to our quality control center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply store credit within 5-7 business days.
